At Primary Prep we are doing our part to save the environment.

- All natural "green" cleaners
- Minimal paper towel use
- Purchase recycled products
- Banned Styrofoam
- When possible, we avoid plastics with BPA
- Turn the AC up at night and off over the weekends
- Turn lights off when if doesn't interfer with our children's safety
- Use ceiling fans

- Purchase an energy efficient refrigerator

What you can do at home to save you money and the planet.
- RECYCLE
- Unplug appliances when they aren't in use
- Wash your clothes in cold
- Bring your own grocery bags to the store
- Install CFL light bulbs
- Don't purchase bottled water, get a reusable bottle and refill it (preferably with filtered water)
- Don't use Styrofoam
- Purchase reusable lunch containers and don't buy prepackaged products like juice boxes, plastic water bottles
- Carpool
- Buy produce at our local farmer's market
- When the time comes to replace an appliance, replace it with an energy efficient appliance
- Buy green products...they cost more in the beginning, but save everyone more in the end.
